Description : Invitation to Bid for Improvement of Besocol Health Center
1) The Barangay of Ballay, through the 20% BDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos and Forty Centavos (PhP 188, 985.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Besocol Health Center located in Ballay, Kabayan, Benguet. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay of Ballay now invites bids for fencing and repair of windows. Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
