1. The Barangay Council of Caranglaan, Mabini, Pangasinan, through the 20% BDF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only Pesos Only (Php 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for Improvement of Barangay Roads Installation of Additional Solar Lights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2. The Barangay Council of Caranglaan, Mabini, Pangasinan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Materials for Improvement of Barangay Roads Installation of Additional Solar Lights.
