IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY ROAD
1. The Barangay Government of Barangay Panitian, Quezon, Palawan, through the 20% Development Fund CY-2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos and Twelve Centavos (₱2, 442, 535.12) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Barangay Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Government of Barangay Panitian, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 56 Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
