Invitation to Bid for 2026-bdf-001 Improvement of Barangay Road
1) The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF SIBLONG, through the 2026 20% Barangay Development Fund (MDF) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php.428, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2026-bdf-001 Improvement of Barangay Road, Siblong, Bucay, Abra. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF SIBLONG now invites bids for the above mentioned project. Completion of the Works is required 12CD. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
