IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING
Barangay Oy, Loboc, Bohol
1. The BLGU-Oy, Loboc, Bohol through the Tourism Share Fund and Financial Aide from Provincial Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Two Pesos (Php494, 252.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING/02-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU-Oy, Loboc, Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the IRR of Republic Act 12009.
