IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY HEALTH CENTER
1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Poblacion, Baleno, Masbate through the 20% BDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (₱380, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the contract (ABC) to payment for the Improvement of Barangay Health Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Poblacion, Baleno, Masbate now invites bids for Renovation of Two Storey Barangay Hall. Completion of the works is required in Forty Five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
