Description : Invitation to Bid for the Improvement of Barangay Hall (Masalipit)
1) The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Bulacan, through the 2026 Annual Budget (20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Improvement of Barangay Hall (Masalipit). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Bulacan now invites bids for the Improvement of Barangay Hall (Masalipit). Completion of the Works is required within twenty-five (25) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
