The Barangay Government of Sideg, Paoay, Ilocos Norte through the 20% Barangay Development Fund from CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php 170, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY HALL under ITB No. INFRA-2026-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1.The Barangay Government of Sideg, Paoay, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within five (5) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
