Description : 1. The Barangay Council of Barangay Linao East, through the 20% Economic Development 2026, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE PESOS & TWENTY CENTAVOS (Php 2, 327, 479.20), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the Infrastructure Project: Improvement of Barangay Gymnasium- PB-INF-01-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Barangay Government of Linao East now invites bids for the above-captioned Infrastructure Project. Completion of Work is required within One Hundred Twenty Days (120) Calendar Days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the past ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
