1) The Barangay Council of Culang Bolinao, Pangasinan through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Seven Pesos and 65 ctvs (Php 714, 537.65) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Barangay Covered Court with Project Identification No. Infra-2026-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Council of Culang of Bolinao, Pangasinan now invites bids for the Improvement of Barangay Covered Court with Project Identification No. Infra-2026-002. Works required is Sixty Calendar Days (60 CD). Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
