1. The BLGU-Libas, Barangay Libas, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of the IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY COVERED COURT located at Brgy Libas, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU-Libas, Barangay Libas, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte now invites bids for the IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY COVERED COURT located at Brgy Libas, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Completion of Work is required Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
