Description : 1) The LGU Dilasag, Aurora through the 20% BDF intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred One Thousand Two Hundred Ninety One Pesos (₱ 501, 291.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Barangay Compound. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU Dilasag, Aurora now invites bids for Improvement of Barangay Compound, located at Brgy. Dicabasan, Dilasag, Aurora. Completion of the Works is required within Seventy (70) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
