Description : Invitation to Bid for

Improvement of Barangay Access Road

1. The Barangay Malitbog, Tapaz, through the Government of the Philippines 2023 intends to apply the sum of One million Nine Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos and Twenty Centavos (Php. 1, 965, 239.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Barangay Access Road.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Malitbog now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for Contract Durations of Forty-Four (44) Calendar Days

. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
