1) The MUNICIPALITY OF LUBA, ABRA, through the RA 7171 intends to apply the sum of Php. 6, 000, 000.00 (Six Million Pesos) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF BANNAANG-PAKNIS FMR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF LUBA, ABRA now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF BANNAANG-PAKNIS FMR. Completion of the Works is required 79 (Seventy-Nine) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 (five) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
