Description : Invitation to Bid for Improvement of Bacolod Youth Home Dormitory, Brgy. Vista Alegre, Bacolod City.
1. The City of Bacolod, through the 2024 Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunian, intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Four Pesos & 80/100 (P 3, 193, 824.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Bacolod Youth Home Dormitory, Brgy. Vista Alegre, Bacolod City with PR No. BAC-PB- 24-04-0086. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bids and Awards Commitee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 210 calendar days. Bidders should have completed within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
