1) The [MLGU-Tubo, Tubo, Abra], through the [Trust Fund- 7171 PLGU] intends to apply the sum of [₱ 10, 000, 000.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [Improvement and Upgrading of Supo FMR]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The [MLGU-Tubo, Tubo, Abra] now invites bids for [Improvement and Upgrading of Supo FMR]. Completion of the Works is required [60 CD]. Bidders should have completed, within [1 yrs] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
