Improvement and maintenance of OT system
Section Building and property must improve profit realizations in future building engineering projects, both technologically, financially and organisationally. In addition, we are looking for technical solutions for a number of older local SD systems that are to be transferred to a central Nfk server environment. Section Building and property invites tenders for the migration, coordination and maintenance of existing local Siemens Desigo servers in a common central SD/BMS platform. The procurement is divided into the following sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1: Improvement, maintenance and technical assistance for OT systems linked to server 1, server 2 and platform responsibility. Sub-contract 2: Improvement, maintenance and technical assistance for OT systems linked to server 3 and server 4. Suppliers can make offers for one or both sub-contracts, but a maximum of one sub-contract can be awarded. If the same supplier achieves first place on both subcontracts, the supplier shall be awarded subcontract 1. Subcontract 2 is then awarded to the highest-ranked supplier in the competition for subcontract 2.
