Description : The Barangay Government of Santiago, Malvar, Batangas invites interested and eligible contractors to bid for the Improvement and Beautification of Barangay Santiago Community Complex.
The project generally involves site development and improvement, landscaping, structural, architectural, electrical, recreational, and other related works necessary for the completion of the project, in accordance with the approved plans, Program of Work, technical specifications, Detailed Unit Price Analysis, and Bill of Quantities.
The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Three Million Pesos (₱3, 000, 000.00), funded under the 20% Development Fund, FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The required contract duration is ninety (90) calendar days.
