Description : Invitation to Bid for Improvement along Solicao - Embangol FMR
1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Lubo, Kibungan, through the 2025 Barangay Development Fund (BDF) intends to apply the sum of Php 719, 445.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement along Solicao - Embangol FMR and Project Identification Number Infra 2026 - 03 - 001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Lubo, Kibungan now invites bids from technically, legally, and financially capable contractors for the above procurement project for the concreting of access road at barangay Lubo, Kibungan. Completion of the Works is required 40 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
