Description : 1) The Municipal Local Government of Kibungan, through the 2026 Municipal Development Fund (MDF) intends to apply the sum of Php 1, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement Along Proper Madaymen Access Road (Pedro Tulaban Section), Madaymen, Kibungan and Project Identification Number Infra 001-01-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Local Government of Kibungan now invites bids from technically, legally, and financially capable contractors for the above procurement project to participate in the Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings in accordance with Section 35.1 of the IRR of R.A. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)” for the concreting of access road at barangay Madaymen, Kibungan.
