Description : Invitation to Bid for Improvement along Baay Farm to Market Road
1) The Municipal Government of Kabayan, through the 20% MDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP1, 100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement along Baay Farm to Market Road located in Pacso, Kabayan, Benguet. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Kabayan now invites bids for excavation, construction of PCCP (shoulder), grouted riprap and crib wall. Completion of the Works is required 55 calendar days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
