IMPROVEMENT OF ADHIKA ST. BRGY. DOLORES TAYTAY RIZAL
1.The Municipality of Taytay, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND CY2026, intends to apply the sum of 3, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement Of Adhika St. Brgy. Dolores Taytay Rizal Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipality of Taytay now invites Improvement Of Adhika St. Brgy. Dolores Taytay Rizal. Completion of the Works is required 90 Days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (ITB).
3.Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
