Improvement of Access Road Sta. Lucia HS, Dinalupihan, Bataan
1) The Provincial Government of Bataan, through the Special Education Fund0082026 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 1, 954, 903.62 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Access Road Sta. Lucia HS, Dinalupihan, Bataan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Bataan now invites bids for Improvement of Access Road Sta. Lucia HS, Dinalupihan, Bataan. Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
