Description : 1) The LGU-Mariveles, through the Budget of the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million, Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Four Pesos and 2/100 (Php2, 999, 624.02) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of 1Bataan Village Elementary School at Brgy. Cabcaben Mariveles, Bataan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-Mariveles now invites bids for Improvement of 1Bataan Village Elementary School at Brgy. Cabcaben Mariveles, Bataan. Completion of the Works is required within 85 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
