Start date: 07-27-2026 End date: 0000-00-00 General Corporation for Housing Announcing a tender at full speed The General Corporation for Housing announces its need to carry out the work to complete the total cladding of apartment numbers /12-13-27-32-33/ in Tower /19/Dummar Al-Sharqiya - Governorate Damascus. 1- Estimated statement value No. 3144/6 dated 7/22/2026: /33, 268, 430/ SYP only thirty-three million two hundred and sixty-eight thousand four hundred and thirty new Syrian pounds only. 2- Implementation period: 65 days/only sixty-five calendar days. 3_Primary insurance: /5%/ Five percent of the value of the estimated statement shall be submitted by a certified check drawn to the institution-s order, or by a bank guarantee that covers the duration of the engagement, or by a bank transfer from his account to the institution-s account. 4_ Final deposits: 10%/ten percent of the value of the referral fee, presented by a certified check drawn to order.
