The Syrian Building and Construction Foundation / Damascus Branch / announces an internal public tender for the first time and with full speed, in order to implement the structure and partial cladding works for Island 23 in the new city of Dimas, towers 17 and 18, according to the following conditions:
Implementation period: 100 days
Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: 60 days
Estimated statement value: /53, 218, 437/ SYP only fifty-three million two hundred and eighteen thousand four hundred and thirty-seven new Syrian pounds
Primary insurance: 5% of the estimated statement value.
Final insurance: 10% of the contract value.
The price of the advertisement file: 5000 SYP only, five thousand new Syrian pounds, and it is obtained from the Damascus branch of the Legal Department, Contracts Division.
Offers are submitted to the office of the branch located in Barzeh - opposite the former Tishreen Military Hospital.
The deadline for submitting offers is Monday, corresponding to September 28, 2026, until the end of official working hours.
