Due to the total speed:
The Tartous City Council announces the holding of a tender to implement the project to separate sewage from the rainwater in the city of Tartous in accordance with the technical, financial and legal conditions books prepared for this purpose and the provisions of Contract Law No. 51 of 2004 and the general conditions booklet and in accordance with the following:
The estimated statement is 8, 300, 054 Syrian pounds, eight million three hundred thousand and fifty-four Syrian pounds.
Temporary insurance is 5% of the estimated statement value, paid by transfer, bank guarantee, or certified check.
The final deposit is 10% of the referral value, paid by transfer, bank guarantee, or certified check.
Implementation period: 90 ninety calendar days.
The late fine is one per thousand for each day of delay.
The duration of the nominated contractor-s commitment to his offer is 60 days from the day following the date on which he is notified that the offer has been awarded to him.
The price of the file is 5, 000 Syrian pounds, five thousand Syrian pounds, to be reviewed and purchased from the Contracts Department.
Whoever wishes to participate in the tender must submit his offer to the office of the Tartous City Council with the identification papers in accordance with Article 11 of the Contracts System No. 51 of 2004, a contractor classification document according to the latest classification issued by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, and a subscription document to the official announcement bulletin...
