Internal tender announcement
The General Authority for Water Resources announces the holding of an internal tender, in the form of annexation or downloading, to implement a project to rehabilitate and maintain irrigation networks built on small dams (Zafarana - Al-Sindiyana - Al-Tanuna - Al-Baroudiyah - Al-Dalbouz) in Homs Governorate in accordance with the special legal, financial and technical conditions books and according to the following:
Estimated statement: /4645236/ L. S only four million six hundred and forty-five thousand two hundred and thirty-six Syrian pounds
Implementation period: three months.
Primary insurance: 5% of the estimated statement value.
Final insurance: 10% of the value of the referral allowance.
Delay fines: 0.001 one thousandth of the total contract value for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% twenty percent of the total pledge value.
The duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer (90 days) following the last date for submitting offers.
The bidder must be classified in one of the categories (second, third, fourth) in the specialty (water and sewage networks and dams).
In everything that is not stated in this announcement and the book of special conditions, the provisions of the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the provisions of the general book of conditions issued by Decree No. 450 of 2004 shall be applied.

Estimated statement: /4645236/ L. S only four million six hundred and forty-five thousand two hundred and thirty-six Syrian pounds

Implementation period: three months.
