Offers will be opened the next day at the university presidency headquarters. The final insurance is 10% of the referral value. The late fine is 0.1%, one per thousand for each day of delay. Affixing a legal stamp to the subscription application with a new value of 1000 SYP to be paid in Finance Directorate.
