The Aga Khan Foundation for Cultural Services - Syria announces its desire to invite offers to carry out architectural documentation and elevation works for the historic city center of Hama (Umm Al-Hassan Park and some of its neighboring sites), in accordance with the scope of works and the technical conditions and specifications specified in the project documents.
Documentation includes the following:
Topographic survey.
Orthophoto, 3D scanning, photogrammetry, or any other graphic imaging system.
Computer drawing (CAD) files.
Providing an interactive model of the site, which can be modified in the future from any viewing angle, to be used as a comprehensive tool for subsequent studies
The goal of these tasks is to prepare background documentation that can be used in future projects and evaluations to develop and revitalize the site.
Outputs:
(Corrected Orthophoto images in JPG format with a white background - CAD drawings with a white background over the corrected Orthophoto images - CAD drawings with a white background without the images - Total station points (BM points and scanned points) must appear on CAD documents in a separate, clearly defined layer. All documents must be duplicated in PDF format.)
