The Tartous City Council announces the holding of a tender to implement an asphalt cladding project for various streets in the city in the Municipal Stadium District 1 + Municipal Stadium District 2 + Al-Hamrat District, in accordance with the technical, financial and legal conditions books. Prepared for this purpose and the provisions of Contracts Law No. 51 of 2004 and the book of general conditions, in accordance with the following:
The estimated statement is 8, 807, 400 Syrian pounds, eight million eight hundred and seven thousand and four hundred Syrian pounds.
Temporary insurance: 5% of the estimated statement value, paid by transfer, bank guarantee, or certified check.
The final insurance is 10% of the referral value It is paid by transfer, bank guarantee, or certified check.
Implementation period: thirty calendar days.
The late fine is one per thousand for each day of delay.
The duration of the nominated contractor's commitment to his offer is 60 days from the day following the date on which he is notified that the offer has been awarded to him
