The University of Idlib announces a tender (with sealed envelope) to implement and complete the work of the central heating system in the new College of Education at the University of Idlib.
Those wishing to participate in the aforementioned tender must contact the Contracts Department at the University Presidency to submit their offers
Conditions for accepting the offer:
Initial insurance is /500, 000/ new Syrian pounds only, paid in the “Contracts Department”
The final insurance is 10% of the referral value
Insurances can be paid by a duly certified check, cash, or bank guarantee
Dealing with the new Syrian pound
Offers are presented as follows
The first envelope includes the technical offer (non-convicted, non-employee - Chamber of Commerce, merchant registration - a copy of the ID, a written statement from the Contracts Department, an initial insurance receipt, the duration of the supply, and a subscription document with the Arab Advertising Foundation).
The second circumstance is the financial offer.
The third envelope contains both of the previous envelopes, bearing the name of the entity submitting the offer, the name of the third party bidder, his domicile, a contact number, and the stamp and signature of the bidder
Receiving offers begins at the General Office Directorate at the University Presidency, from this date until the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 7/10/2026: A.D.
Bids will be closed at 10 a.m. on Thursday, 10/8/2026.
