The object of this public tender is the hiring of a natural or legal person, which performs works to implement two new canine areas in the Cuauhtemoc and Costanera Sur East parks, in the commune of Vitacura, located in Fernando de Arguello, between Ave. President Kennedy Lateral and Benito Juarez, Vitacura, R.M. and Av. Costanera Sur, between Camino San Francisco de Asis and Las Hualtatas, Vitacura, R.M. This contemplates civil works and the provision and installation of urban equipment and furniture; which includes, among other elements, the execution of concrete paths, The installation of perimeter closures by metal bars, as well as the incorporation of urban furniture (benches and drinking fountains, among others) and specific equipment for dogs (games and drinking fountains). All this in order to offer a safe, functional and quality space for recreation of pets and their caregivers, as indicated in the plans of site, plane of details, technical bases and other bidder history. The maximum execution period of the implementation works for the 2 new canine areas will be 90 calendar days.
