PROJECT SCOPE
The Successful Respondent will drive the implementation of the Workday Adaptive Planning system at MPAC in replacement of the out-going Business Planning and Consolidation module. They will work closely with MPAC business users and the Workday team to implement a solution that is optimally integrated to MPAC-s business processes, security, technology, and current Enterprise Planning System.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVE(S)
The Successful Respondent of the new EPM system will be required to:
Deliver and govern a system implementation plan and deployment schedule.Run a consultation with MPAC to determine MPAC future state requirements.Develop a data migration plan that includes the following:Define and identify critical data elements for migration/conversion.Identify data cleaning requirements based on future business needs and identify risks/opportunities in current business practices/procedures.Develop data load validation procedures to ensure data integrity.Define reporting requirements to address future state requirements and address risks/opportunities identified in current practices.Identify custom requirements to ensure facilitation of desired future state operational practices and reporting requirements.Develop and oversee ERP integration: Work with MPAC and Workday to develop an integration plan to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
