Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of training for teaching and management staff entitled: "The use of Minecraft in education.3. The detailed scope of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 Description of the Subject of the Order constituting an annex to SWZ.4. Before After signing the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with photocopies/scans of documents confirming the fulfillment of the offer evaluation criteria declared by the Contractor. In the event of evasion of this obligation, the Contractor's offer will be rejected the next most advantageous offer will be selected (if more than one offer not subject to exclusion was submitted for the execution of the order). 5. If the Contractor changes the person intended to perform the contract at the stage of contract implementation subject of the order, for which the Contractor will receive additional points during the evaluation of the offer, the Contractor may only use a person who meets the conditions for participation in the procedure and to a no lesser extent than the person being replaced, for another person who will perform the order, meets the offer evaluation criteria for which the Contractor will receive points.
