Implementation of a tourist offer provided by a small tourist road train The procurement procedure used is open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Code of public order. The framework agreement without minimum and with maximum is concluded in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator.
