Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of services to the Ordering Party in the field of sensory integration therapy classes, in order to implement the tasks specified in Art. 90v section 4 of the Act of September 7, 1991 on the education system and in the Regulation of the Minister Education and Science of August 30, 2023 on detailed tasks of leading coordination, rehabilitation and care centers (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1801).2. Sensory integration therapy services will be provided on an individual or individual basis group classes with children from birth until they start school. In the case of group classes, they will be conducted in a group of no more than three children.3. The duration of the classes is 1 hour, i.e. 60 minutes.4. Place of the activity: School Complex Special, ul. Kopernika 2, 39-40 Tarnobrzeg or other place indicated by the Ordering Party within the city of Tarnobrzeg (including the therapy participant's home).5. Deadline for carrying out the activities: from the date of signing the contract to December 15, 2026.
