Detailed requirements for the execution of the order include: Appendix No. 3 to SWZ - Description of the Subject Orders. The Ordering Party does not divide the order into parts and therefore does not allow the submission of partial offers. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the order will be rejected. Reasons for not dividing the order into parts: All design works and construction works constituting the subject of this order shall be performed at one location.
