The subject of this public procurement procedure is the implementation of an information system for monitoring and recording the enforcement of claims collection, as well as maintenance, consulting, installation and adjustment of software components, data integration, upgrading existing and developing new applications.h system functionality.
The subject of procurement includes the implementation of:
•Subsystem to support the process of forced collection of claims together with pledge records
•Upgrading of the subsystem to support the process of forced collection of claims, which includes: record of measures, record of banspayments and transfers of funds, records of further measures, referral, records and monitoring of requests for insurance or forced collection of claims on real estate, records and monitoring of public sales of seized movables, records of uncollectible debtors, records and monitoring ofrevision of the process of forced realization of claims collection, reporting based on data in the subsystemenforcement of debt collection and records and monitoring of bilateral legal acts concluded by a public legal entity with third parties with the functionality of monitoring the realization of forced debt collection, informing about the due date of received obligations and correction of the debt value
