The subject of the order is the implementation of the System for Electronic Document Circulation and Business Process Automation (SEOD) along with integration with the Infomedica and AMMS systems for SP ZOZ in Brzesko. Przedmiot zamwienia obejmuje w szczeglnoci:a) dostaw licencji oraz implementation of the Electronic Document Circulation and Business Process Automation System, hereinafter referred to as SEOD, in the following functional areas and workflows: a dedicated register and circulation of 4 different invoice circulation processes; dedicated register and circulation acceptance of contracts; cost settlement of contracts; online document editing; meeting schedule; resource reservation module; generating debit notes for untimely execution of supplier orders; b) Integration of SEOD with systems owned or used by Ordering Party: Infomedica, manufactured by Asseco Poland SA; AMMS, produced by Asseco Poland SA; National e-Invoice System; Active Directory; Central Register of Contracts; A qualified signature held by the Ordering Party; c) Configuration of two scanners and two e-mail addresses of the Ordering Party with SEOD; d) provision of start-up support services...
