Delivery of equipment for digitizing patient consents, including: A.digital pens (16 pieces), B.screens with screen holders mounted to the tabletop (5 pieces), C.tablety mobilne (22 sztuki), D.scanners (5 pieces), II.Implementation of software for digitizing patient consents, including: A.Przeprowadzenie analizy przedwdrożeniowej. B.License delivery 48 pieces per system. C. Installation of an automatic documentation digitization system with integration with the existing HIS CLININET medical system environment in the Ordering Party's unit. D.
