The purpose of this service contract is to set up supervision on the various sites of New Samusocial ASBL. Team supervision by an external third party constitutes a privileged space-time for discussing questions regarding field work as a team. Thus, the workersrs have a place to express their questions about work, the difficulties they may encounter but also to share what is going well. Supervision then constitutes a moment of sharing which promotes team cohesion and reduces the feeling of loneliness and isolation that thefield worker can sometimes feel. This support can concern both work questions and more organizational questions.

Lot 1: Prince de Liege Project
The supervision will propose working on clinical situations focused on psychological situationso-medical-social issues encountered by the PMS team. This will involve addressing the difficulties and blockages encountered in the context of PMS support in order to identify possible solutions and thus unblock certain follow-ups and/or approach them from a different angle. PMS monitoring is carried out regularlyurgently, tinged with an emotional component, making certain decisions difficult for the team to accept, including certain decisions about the end of accommodation. This approach will make it possible to create a space for discussion about specific situations and to fuel reflection....
