Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the service: Execution of street lighting designs in the town of Jabonka, hereinafter referred to as the Task, along with obtaining appropriate decisions, arrangements and permits, in accordance with the SWZ, as well as to fulfill other obligations specified in the SWZ and this agreement, applicable regulations and standards2. The scope of activities necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract referred to in section 1, includes in particular: 1) obtaining a construction permit for the task as above, 2) preparing STWIOR, cost estimates investor's supervision for the execution of the works 3) author's supervision for the task as above As part of the implementation of the Task, the Contractor is obliged in particular to obtain all legally required administrative decisions, conditions, arrangements and opinions necessary for the implementation construction works based on design documentation, on the basis of a separate power of attorney granted by the Ordering Party to a person indicated by the Contractor. 3. The contractor will perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the Construction Law and the principles of construction knowledge in force standards and other applicable regulations.
