The subject of the order is the implementation of solutions enabling feeding P1 with medical data and support services during digitization in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Price Offer and Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Parameters technical and functional The subject of the order was divided into 3 packages: Package No. 1 - Implementation of mechanisms enabling the sending of EDMs from 2023 - leading to the production of such EDMs - 1 set. Package No. 2 - Software integration module provided by CeZ (license and HIS modification in accordance with CeZ requirements, without scanning support services) - Integration with the central medical data repository for digitized medical records - 1 set. Package No. 3 - License - Medical documentation scanning module for the current license for 36 months - 1 set The technical and functional parameters are specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Technical and functional parameters. The subject of the order is implementation mechanisms enabling sending EDM from 01/01/2023 to 31/12/2025 and delivery of a module enabling documentation scanning.
