The main purpose of the order is the selection of a contractor - a builder, who will carry out the reconstruction and rehabilitation of a road section starting from the intersection after the railway crossing near the village of Kochovo at km 17+400, to km 28+131, the railway crossing in the village of Khan Krum. The total length of the section is 10, 731 m. The site is planned for reconstruction and rehabilitation in the Plan for the Integrated Development of the Municipality of Veliki Preslav adopted by the Municipal Council with Decision No. 318 under Protocol No. 28 of 21.09.2021.
