Description of the service: The object of the contract is the service of implementing automated administrative actions (AAA) in installments and postponements. The service includes the implementation of mechanisms that allow the automated resolution of requests that meet the established requirements, enabling their immediate granting ("on the fly"), as well as the automatic generation of the corresponding administrative resolutions, the practice of electronic notifications and their integration with the corporate information systems. Similarly, the scope of the contract includes the tasks of functional and technical analysis, configuration and development of the solution, integration with existing systems, carrying out tests, preparation of documentation and support for production.
