Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the implementation of a Security Operations Center enabling continuous monitoring of threats and cybersecurity breaches 24/7 as part of the project entitled: "Accelerating digital transformation processes in District Hospital in Zawiercie" as part of Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care under the National Reconstruction Plan (KPO)". 2. The contractor is obliged to: providing the SOC (Security Operations Center) service, consisting in monitoring, analyzing and responding to cybersecurity incidents in a service model (the service provider provides the required infrastructure, software and necessary resources) along with the implementation, launch and maintenance of a SIEM (Security Information ad Event Management) system. 3. A detailed description of the service and the terms of provision are set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ Technical Specification/Requirements Form detailed. 4. The service will be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 5. The subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with current legal provisions regarding information security, in particular: a) Act of July 5, 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, as amended, and implementing acts issued on its basis, to the extent applicable to the services covered by this OPZ, b) Regulation...
