The Department of Education (DepEd) DIVISION OF LEYTE, through Government of the Philippines (GOP) under FY 2026- General Appropriation Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of EIGHTEEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO PESOS ONLY (Php 18, 889, 552.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Nutrition Food Product SY 2026-2027- Brown Rice. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
