Description:- Implementation of road transport LLC "Siam Master"
comments:- 1. The implementation procedure is not trading, its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057 - 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which does not impose on the company (the person who sent the invitation to participate in the implementation procedure, information notification) of the relevant volume of civil liabilities for the obligatory conclusion of the contract with the winner of the procedure or its other participant.
Siam Master LLC reserves the right to accept any of the proposals received, or not to accept any of them.
2. The price indicated at the current moment is valid until 04/26/2024. The lot can be purchased by a participant who will send the first commercial offer for the purchase for the current price.
