Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a research project entitled "Quality forecast of the demand for competences in Małopolska." 2. The qualitative forecast of the demand for competences in Małopolska is intended to show the key competences in the next 3 years competences in selected industries in terms of the most important professions. As part of the work, the contractor will be responsible for proposing a qualitative forecasting system for the demand for competences in Małopolska, based on available data and indicators. The solution proposal organized within the developed methodology will allow for forecasts to be made in several selected industries and will enable planning research in the remaining ones. 3. The study entitled "Quality forecast of the demand for competences in Małopolska" is the second stage of examining the demand for competences in Małopolska and is intended to show key competences on the labor market within 3 years. Qualitative forecasting will use indicators fed by data collected in the framework monitoring job offers, i.e. the quantitative stage of the research. Forecasting will be cyclical based on the methodology prepared by the Contractor, enabling the achievement of comparable results for the analyzed industries. 4. Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the SWZ and will be introduced as an annex to the public procurement contract. 5.
